What you will be doing

  • Dive into Inbound Lead Analysis: Sharpen your analytical skills as you evaluate inquiries against Alpha's unique success profile.
  • Master the Art of Consultative Conversations: Engage families in enlightening discussions about Alpha's educational philosophy, addressing their curiosities and assessing mutual fit.
  • Craft Compelling Follow-Ups: Provide clear, supportive responses to inquiries, focusing on information rather than pressure.
  • Shape Our Communication Strategy: Contribute to our evolving FAQ, identify trends in family concerns, and collaborate with marketing and admissions to refine our messaging.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Chasing Conversion Metrics: Our focus is on quality over quantity. You won't be pressured to convert every lead, but to find the perfect matches for Alpha's innovative approach.
  • Aggressive Sales Tactics: Leave the hard-sell techniques behind. We value balanced, informative communication over pushy pitches.

Candidate requirements

  • Proven Track Record: Bring at least 2 years of B2C or D2C consultative sales experience, showcasing your ability to provide high-touch customer engagement.
  • Communication Virtuoso: Demonstrate your exceptional ability to engage, educate, and inspire parents through your polished and professional communication style.
  • Lead Qualification Expert: Show us your prowess in qualifying leads and guiding them through complex decision-making processes.
  • Flexible Schedule: Be prepared to work remotely during US business hours (8am-8pm ET), connecting with families across time zones.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent English speaker with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and convincingly.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM tools for efficient lead tracking and management.
