This role is about being a trusted guide in a family's educational journey. You'll master the art of meaningful conversations, quick fit assessment, and transparent communication. Within 24 hours of contact, you'll begin building relationships based on understanding, not pressure. When families raise concerns, you'll address them with wisdom, not sales tactics. And if Alpha isn't the right fit? You'll be the first to say so.

What you will be doing

  • Become a Lead Quality Champion: Master the art of evaluating inquiries against Alpha's unique success profile
  • Drive Meaningful Conversations: Lead enlightening discussions about Alpha's educational revolution, helping families discover if we're their perfect match
  • Craft Expert Follow-Through: Deliver precise, supportive responses that inform rather than pressure
  • Shape Our Future: Transform family interactions into valuable insights, maintaining our dynamic FAQ system and collaborating with marketing to refine our message

What you will NOT be doing

  • Playing the numbers game - we're not interested in maximizing conversions at the expense of finding truly aligned families
  • Hard selling or using pressure tactics - our approach is built on transparency, education, and mutual understanding

Candidate requirements

  • Proven track record of 2+ years in consultative B2C or D2C sales, with emphasis on high-touch customer relationships
  • Master communicator capable of engaging parents through educational and inspiring conversations
  • Expert in lead qualification and guided decision-making processes
  • Ability to work remotely during US business hours (8am-8pm ET)
  • Native-level English proficiency with exceptional professional communication abilities
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot or comparable CRM platforms
