What you will be doing

  • Become the voice of our users by immersing yourself in their educational journey and translating their experiences into game-changing product features
  • Orchestrate AI-powered innovation by wielding cutting-edge tools to accelerate product development and market penetration
  • Champion product excellence from concept to launch, ensuring every feature serves our mission of transformative learning
  • Lead distributed development teams with clarity and purpose, maintaining exceptional quality standards
  • Stay at the forefront of AI and learning science, continuously integrating breakthrough insights into our product strategy

What you will NOT be doing

  • Operating in an ivory tower – your decisions will be grounded in direct student and user interactions

  • Delegating responsibility – you'll own both the victories and the challenges of product development

Key responsibilities

Spearhead the development and evolution of AI-enhanced educational products that set new benchmarks for student success, engagement metrics, and learning outcomes.

Candidate requirements

  • 5+ years of battle-tested product management experience
  • Demonstrated mastery of AI tools across the product development spectrum, from ideation to execution
  • Expert-level ability to extract meaningful insights from user interactions and translate them into concrete product improvements
  • Strong track record of successfully leading development teams and maintaining high-quality deliverables
  • Sharp analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making capabilities
  • Superior communication abilities that enable seamless collaboration across teams and stakeholder groups
