Principal Product Manager   $200,000 USD/year

Description

Ready to revolutionize education with AI that actually works? At LearnWith.AI, we're not building another EdTech product—we're reengineering learning itself. We seek a Principal Product Manager who doesn't just ship features but delivers measurable student outcomes every single week. This role demands someone who can translate learning science into AI-powered experiences that help students learn faster, better, and with greater enthusiasm.

You'll be given one clear goal tied to real student impact. Your mission: make that outcome happen, then validate it with data. Working directly with our founders, you'll dive deep into learning challenges, codify your thinking into structured "Brain Lifts," and drive rapid product iterations until results are undeniable. This isn't about managing a product roadmap—it's about transforming how students learn.

The U.S. education system remains trapped in a one-size-fits-all model that fails too many students. LearnWith.AI combines decades of learning science with subject matter expertise and AI-powered coaching to deliver truly personalized education at scale. Whether helping students overcome learning gaps or excel in advanced coursework, we're building the future of education—and we need exceptional product minds to make it happen.

What you will be doing

  • Develop structured "Brain Lifts"—systematized expert insights that enhance AI capabilities, guide critical decisions, and demonstrate your domain mastery
  • Execute precise, data-driven product iterations on weekly cycles, measuring impact against specific learning outcomes
  • Build comprehensive domain expertise in learning science and educational technology, enabling authoritative decision-making that advances our mission

What you will NOT be doing

  • Managing traditional product roadmaps or dictating implementation details to engineering teams
  • Spending months in development cycles—our rhythm demands weekly feature shipping and refinement
  • Creating exhaustive PRDs, maintaining extensive backlogs, or specifying every UI element and edge case
  • Making technical architecture decisions or writing code (though technical fluency is valued)

Key responsibilities

Transform learning outcomes through rapid product iteration, data-driven decision making, and deep domain expertise—delivering measurable improvement in how students learn.

Candidate requirements

  • Minimum 4 years in product leadership positions where you personally shaped product vision and owned core problem-solution hypotheses
  • Proven track record launching at least one successful product from inception to market adoption (complete products, not features; external products, not internal tools)
  • Demonstrated proficiency and enthusiasm for integrating AI tools into your daily workflow (research, analysis, synthesis, strategy)
