What you will be doing
- Conducting Customer Interviews: Understanding and rationalizing customers’ business requirements for service implementation
- Translating Customer Requirements: Making complex customer requirements simple and actionable for our implementation technicians
What you will NOT be doing
- Assisting customers with technical issues
- Renegotiating terms of engagement
Key responsibilities
- Simplify and rationalize complex business requirements for the implementation team
Candidate requirements
- University degree in a business-related field OR at least 2 years of business experience
- At least 2 years of experience in the telecommunications industry
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role
- Ability to work 100% remotely
