What you will be doing

What you will NOT be doing

  • Getting bogged down in bureaucratic management or delegation. We've automated the mundane so you can focus on what truly matters - driving change
  • Babysitting stable operations. Once you've worked your magic and operations are humming, you'll move on to the next exciting challenge
  • Starting from scratch with each project. We provide you with a proven growth playbook - your job is to execute it brilliantly and help us refine it further

Key responsibilities

  • Breathe life into our operational frameworks, transforming struggling companies into thriving entities. We'll arm you with the playbook; you bring it to life and help us evolve it
  • Drive positive margins and sky-high customer retention rates across our portfolio of acquired software companies, turning them into lean, mean, profit-generating machines

Candidate requirements

  • A wealth of experience in the enterprise software industry (5+ years), giving you a comprehensive understanding of software practices
  • Proven track record in operational roles (5+ years), where you've honed your skills in process optimization and efficiency improvement
  • Substantial experience in customer-facing roles such as Support, Sales, or Collections (3+ years), providing you with invaluable insights into customer needs and pain points
  • Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging generative AI tools to achieve measurable productivity enhancements, showcasing your ability to harness cutting-edge technology for operational excellence
