Key responsibilities
Candidate requirements
- Geographic requirement: Current residence in the Americas (North, Central, or South)
- Deep enterprise software industry expertise with 5+ years of hands-on experience
- Track record of 5+ years driving operational excellence with measurable results
- Minimum 3 years of customer-facing role experience (Support, Sales, Collections, or similar)
- Demonstrated expertise in leveraging generative AI technologies to achieve operational scale and efficiency
