What you will be doing

Key responsibilities

Execute Trilogy's battle-tested operational frameworks to transform underperforming companies into lean, profitable machines, driving positive margins and sky-high customer retention rates across our software company portfolio.

Candidate requirements

  • 5+ years of battle-hardened experience in the enterprise software industry, with a comprehensive understanding of software practices
  • 5+ years in operational roles, demonstrating a track record of driving efficiency and results
  • 3+ years in customer-facing positions (e.g., Support, Sales, Collections), ensuring you understand the front lines of business
  • Proven expertise in leveraging generative AI tools to achieve quantifiable, significant productivity improvements
