Key responsibilities

Drive transformational change across Trilogy's portfolio by implementing streamlined operational systems, optimizing cost structures, and delivering quantifiable business improvements through innovative solutions and strategic execution.

Candidate requirements

  • Geographic requirement: Current residence in the Americas (North, Central, or South)
  • Deep enterprise software industry expertise with 5+ years of hands-on experience
  • Proven track record of 5+ years driving operational excellence and measurable results
  • Minimum 3 years of customer-facing role experience across Support, Sales, Collections, or similar functions
  • Demonstrated expertise in leveraging generative AI technologies to achieve operational scale and efficiency
