Description

Are you the problem-solver we've been searching for at Trilogy? We're on the lookout for talented individuals who can dive into the heart of business issues and skillfully dismantle the obstacles hindering progress.

As a Consulting Manager, you'll have the opportunity to turn inefficiencies into triumphs. Your mission? Streamline complex processes, eliminate redundancies, and align operations for maximum effectiveness.

Unlike typical roles bogged down by endless meetings and routine evaluations, this position empowers you to take decisive action. You'll lead internal transformations that will leave your team wondering why it wasn't done this way before.

We believe in hands-on operations roles that drive immediate change. Do you share this vision?

Who You Are

  • You thrive on dissecting business operations to eradicate inefficiencies.
  • You excel in enhancing internal processes to boost customer value, even if you haven't had the chance to prove it yet.
  • You grasp complex operations and swiftly find ways to simplify them.
  • You might have been dubbed a "robot" by those who can't fathom the joy of fixing broken systems.

What you will be doing

  • Harnessing the power of generative AI to automate tasks across the organization.
  • Casting a critical eye on divisions to identify strengths and weaknesses.
  • Developing restructuring strategies for key operational areas like Customer Support, Pricing, and Sales, guided by the Trilogy playbook.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Engaging in high-level management or delegation. Administrative tasks are automated, allowing you to focus on execution.
  • Managing steady-state operations. Once a division is optimized, you'll tackle the next challenge.
  • Starting from scratch. You'll implement a tried-and-true growth playbook.

Key responsibilities

  • Implement established operational frameworks to revitalize struggling companies — use our playbook and suggest improvements.
  • Drive positive margins and high customer retention for our acquired software companies.

Candidate requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise software industry experience, with a deep understanding of software practices.
  • 5+ years in an operational role.
  • 3+ years in a customer-facing position (e.g., Support, Sales, Collections).
  • Proficiency in using generative AI tools for measurable productivity gains.
