As a Senior Associate, you'll transform inefficiencies into streamlined successes by simplifying convoluted processes, cutting out unnecessary steps, and aligning operations with strategic goals. Unlike typical roles bogged down by meetings, this position empowers you to enact real change, planning and executing restructures that prompt your team to say, "This is how it should have been all along."

What you will be doing

  • Utilizing generative AI to automate and refine processes organization-wide.
  • Critically analyzing division operations to identify strengths and weaknesses.
  • Crafting restructuring strategies for operational areas like Customer Support, Pricing, and Sales, guided by Trilogy's established playbook.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Engaging in high-level management or delegation, as administrative tasks are largely automated for you.
  • Maintaining ongoing operations—your focus will shift to new challenges once current processes are optimized.
  • Creating startup strategies from scratch; instead, you'll implement proven growth strategies from our playbook.

Key responsibilities

  • Implement operational and structural frameworks to rejuvenate struggling companies, using the provided playbook and suggesting enhancements.
  • Drive positive financial margins and ensure high customer retention for our acquired software companies.

Candidate requirements

  • Over 5 years of experience in the enterprise software sector with a comprehensive understanding of software practices.
  • More than 5 years in an operational capacity.
  • At least 3 years in customer-facing roles (such as Support, Sales, Collections).
  • Proficiency in using generative AI tools to boost productivity measurably.
