What you will be doing
  • Sales Engineering/Presales: In our uber-competitive, enterprise software marketplace, customer success is at the core of business success. The way our customers voice success is through renewing their agreements, and customer retention is our single, most-important measurement of performance. Working with your sales team partners, your engagement and support of our customers will play a pivotal role, in creating and executing demonstrations, answering technical questions, fielding questions about competition, and defending your point of view.
