2 Hour Learning is embarking on an exhilarating $100M+ multi-state expansion to bring educational innovation to US student. You will leverage AI and cutting-edge tech tools to ensure no target commercial property in the US escapes our analysis. This role is not about flipping properties for quick profit; we will operate each property acquired.

A day in your role will include:

  • Employing AI tools to comprehensively scan for distressed and special-use properties nationwide.
  • Networking with real estate professionals and tapping into databases for off-market gems.
  • Leveraging your analytical prowess to conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis.
  • Working collaboratively to refine and operationalize 2 Hour Learning's real estate investment strategy, ensuring our ambitious expansion is not only visionary but executable.

What you will be doing

  • Use AI tools and algorithms to identify promising commercial real estate investment opportunities nationwide.
  • Conduct deep investment analyses with AI-enhanced tools, developing insights that guide strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate on refining and operationalizing our investment thesis, setting new benchmarks for success in the real estate sector.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Relying on outdated methods for market analysis and opportunity identification that AI can streamline and enhance.
  • Engaging in operational or management tasks unrelated to strategic investment analysis.

Key responsibilities

Drive growth and innovation in 2 Hour Learning's commercial real estate portfolio through strategic, AI-enhanced investment analysis and decision-making.

Candidate requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in real estate investment or financial analysis, with a proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on investment opportunities.
  • Experience using data analysis tools for comprehensive investment opportunity analysis.
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic and operational planning.
  • Familiarity with and eagerness to rapidly master AI tools and their application in real estate investment identification and analysis.
  • Willingness and ability to work US business hours (8 am - 6 pm in any US timezone)
