This is not a conventional project delivery role. Unlike the industry-standard positions that are hands-off, our role demands technical telco knowledge and customer-facing skills. You'll be at the forefront of complex, large-scale telecom projects, managing every aspect from initiation to completion. What you will be doing
- Manage complex, large-scale telecom projects, such as the core Online Charging System (OCS), while facilitating cooperation across various departments to meet project requirements and timelines.
- Provide expert guidance to clients throughout project lifecycles, ensuring their strategic and operational needs are met and effectively managing escalations.
- Drive continuous improvements in service delivery by leveraging generative AI and other advanced technologies.

- Drives Totogi’s market leadership by delivering and refining major telecom projects, ensuring strategic alignment and superior service innovation
Candidate requirements
- Senior-level experience as a project director or senior manager in the telecommunications industry
- Strong background in designing and implementing solutions using AWS technologies such as EC2, S3, VPC, Lambda, and CloudFormation
