What you will be doing

  • Leading the charge in identifying prime locations for new Alpha campuses, leveraging your expertise to strategically select areas that resonate with local communities and affluent families.
  • Overseeing the end-to-end construction process, collaborating with contractors and teams to ensure projects are on-time, on budget, and adhere to regulatory requirements.
  • Navigating complex regulatory landscapes, ensuring every campus meets zoning, safety standards, and compliance, paving the way for smooth approvals and seamless launches.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Following a Predictable Script: This role is anything but routine; each day brings fresh challenges and opportunities, perfect for those who crave diversity and dynamic decision-making.
  • Managing Campus Operations: This role isn't sidetracked by the day-to-day operations of running an open campus; you'll be focused on driving expansion to 100 nationwide campuses.
  • Focusing Solely on Quantity: You aren't just building new campuses to meet a quota; you will focus on quality and the ability to replicate Alpha's brand and design approach consistently.

Key responsibilities

The successful expansion and rollout of new K-5 Alpha campuses across multiple demographically-aligned locations within the United States that maintain brand consistency.

Candidate requirements

  • 8+ years of progressively responsible experience in strategic expansion, franchise development, or related roles, demonstrating a successful track record of executing large-scale initiatives.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and visionary perspective, evident in the ability to identify optimal locations, plan expansions, and drive innovation.
  • Expertise in regulatory compliance, zoning, building codes, and safety standards to ensure seamless expansion.
  • Proficient project management skills, encompassing leadership and oversight of construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Exceptional leadership and collaboration capabilities, guiding teams, contractors, and stakeholders toward shared objectives.
  • Ability and willingness to travel within the US for site visits and expansion-related activities.
