What you will be doing
- Coaching and developing your team of Guides. By providing personal, actionable feedback, you’ll enhance their performance, ultimately amplifying student enjoyment and achievement.
- Creating Guide Playbooks that outline best practices for facilitation, guidance on designing rewarding learning activities, and strategies for addressing challenges.
- Motivating Students. Lead a small cohort of students, leveraging your expertise and coaching skills to propel them to success.
What you will NOT be doing
- Writing lesson plans. Your Guides will oversee day-to-day learning through self-guided, adaptive learning apps. Your role is to train Guides to be exceptional facilitators, infusing enthusiasm and impact into their sessions.
- Lowering standards for any reason. Uphold our high standards, ensuring that every student meets or exceeds expectations.
- Running boring training programs. Say goodbye to lecture-style professional development. Instead, coach Guides by exemplifying enthusiasm, energy, and expert facilitation skills.

Candidate requirements
- A Master's degree in any field
- Demonstrated success in developing and mentoring professional teams to achieve elite-level performance
- Proficiency in data-driven decision-making
- A history of active engagement with children and teens (ages 5-18), fostering their growth and achievement
- Legal right to work in the US without visa sponsorship
