What you will be doing

Key responsibilities

Candidate requirements

  • Ready and willing to work in Austin, TX, or relocate by June 1, 2024. (Relocation assistance is available.)
  • At least 5 years of experience in facility or building maintenance, preferably in educational or tech-centric environments.
  • Adept at using technology for facility management, embracing third-party software and smart building technologies.
  • Exceptional skills in project management, budgeting, and leading teams towards common goals.
  • Authorization to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

  • Experience in managing facilities within the education sector, particularly those prioritizing innovation and technology.
  • A passion for and background in sustainable facility management, showing a commitment to environmental stewardship and innovative practices.
