What you will be doing

  • Coaching gifted & talented learners to set personalized learning goals, ensuring a balance between academic rigor and the development of life skills such as resilience and grit.
  • Leveraging state-of-the-art AI tools to track progress, tailor learning experiences, and ensure each student reaches their full potential at an accelerated pace.
  • Engaging with students to motivate, inspire, and guide them through their accelerated learning journey, fostering a supportive and dynamic learning environment.
  • Collaborating with a team dedicated to reimagining education for gifted and talented students, sharing insights and strategies to enhance our collective mission.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Following a one-size-fits-all approach to education.
  • Spending your day in traditional classroom management or disciplinary roles.
  • Operating within the constraints of traditional educational pacing and curriculums.

Key responsibilities

Your primary role is to inspire, mentor, and guide gifted and talented learners, enabling them to complete their high school education by the end of their 8th-grade year through a personalized, innovative, and accelerated learning pathway.

Candidate requirements

  • Demonstrated history of academic excellence, ideally with personal achievements in accelerated learning programs or similar high-achievement environments.
  • Proven experience or a strong interest in working with gifted and talented learners, understanding their unique needs and potential.
  • Experience in mentoring, coaching, or teaching roles, ideally within environments focused on advanced and accelerated learning.
  • Proficiency in adaptive learning technologies and AI-based educational tools, with excellent communication skills to engage and inspire students.
  • Legal right to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
  • Willing to work in-person in Austin, TX

Nice to have

  • Background in educational technology, psychology, or a related field that supports the development of both IQ and EQ.
  • Experience in environments that challenge conventional educational methods, especially with a focus on gifted and talented education.
