What you will be doing
- Facilitating one-hour life skills sessions with K-2 students, coaching them and reinforcing reading concepts delivered by Reading Specialists
- Inspiring students to progress through adaptive learning applications and reach their weekly academic targets
- Guiding emotional regulation, resilience, and problem-solving through consistent routines and supportive engagement
- Monitoring student development and requirements, identifying concerns proactively, and refining approaches alongside your team
- Building a classroom environment that is structured, joyful, and individualized

- Delivering instruction in core subjects - our Apps handle that

Candidate requirements
- Must be available to work full-time and in-person at our campus in Chicago, IL; Miami, FL; Palo Alto, CA; Piedmont, CA; San Francisco, CA; Santa Monica, CA; Lake Forest (Orange County), CA
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with children ages 4–7 in educational settings, afterschool programs, coaching, or comparable roles
- Captivating storyteller and dynamic presenter: capable of engaging and maintaining the focus of young children in groups
- Capable of maintaining high expectations for both yourself and students, and motivating kids to achieve their objectives
- Growth mindset and receptiveness to coaching
- Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
