This is your responsibility.
You will manage the complete admissions process for a campus, from initial application to final enrollment. This is not a role where you pass families to others. You are accountable for the family experience, the clarity with which they understand our approach, and whether their enrollment decision is rooted in genuine alignment. You will evaluate compatibility, facilitate meaningful dialogue, and advise against enrollment when appropriate. The objective is not maximizing numbers. The objective is ensuring mutual fit.
We welcome applicants from elite service sectors outside conventional education: independent schools, competitive programs, high-end hospitality, executive assistance, exclusive membership organizations, or entrepreneurs who have directly overseen premium client relationships from start to finish. What counts is your capacity to execute a sophisticated, multi-phase process with discernment, transparency, and discipline.

This is a salaried, full-time, on-campus position. We are currently hiring for La Jolla, Los Angeles, Santa Barbara, and Santa Monica. Relocation assistance is provided.
