Most curriculum roles in English Language Arts ask you to design lessons, write prompts, and build assessments. This role asks you to leverage AI and student performance data to systematically improve how learners achieve mastery in reading, writing, vocabulary, language, and evidence-based reasoning.
At 2 Hour Learning, students engage with an AI-powered learning model designed to accelerate progress beyond what traditional schooling permits. Your contributions will be embedded within that system. You will identify where learners encounter obstacles, revise the materials that created those barriers, and refine the assessments that validate true mastery. The objective is not to produce polished curriculum documents. The objective is to drive measurable improvement on MAP, SAT, AP, and other ELA-aligned assessments.
This is applied academic design work. You will apply LLMs, AI-enabled tools, no-code workflows, agentic AI systems, and evidence from student work to reconstruct reading activities, writing frameworks, vocabulary lessons, scaffolds, interventions, rubrics, prompts, and quality assurance protocols. You will observe the impact in the data: students reading with greater depth, writing with greater clarity, and mastering language at an accelerated pace.
If you are prepared to use AI to achieve measurably better outcomes in ELA learning, apply now.
Drive measurable ELA mastery by continuously refining reading, writing, language, assessment, scaffolding, and intervention materials informed by student learning evidence.
Crossover's skill assessment process combines innovative AI power with decades of human research, to take the guesswork, human bias, and pointless filters out of recruiting high-performing teams.
