VP of Professional Services$ 200k USD/year $ 100 USD/hour 40h/week Remote Position Long-term
We are looking for a seasoned leader with extensive experience in delivering customized solutions to telecommunications companies. As the VP lead, you will be responsible for deploying complex consulting services in the telecommunications field by managing the implementation of professional services projects. The right fit will be someone with a proven track record of serving telecommunications customers.

As a VP of Professional services you will:
Lead a professional services team of 100+ individual contributors
Be responsible for the overall delivery of the customized solutions to clients. This includes managing an IT services team which includes project managers, solutions architects, and implementation consultants.
Be creative in appointing the right resource from your team, encouraging and managing the team to deliver success both technically, and personally
Manage projects with daily progress and weekly quantifiable results.
Set and manage client expectations by designing project work plans to meet changing needs and requirements
Establish yourself as the face of the business with our customers
Seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships
A hiring event is a scheduled online event where all our relevant testing relating to a role is conducted on the same day. Submissions received during the event are graded the following week, and successful candidates notified if they have progressed to the next round which is an online interview with a Hiring Manager.
Evaluate, design, build, and integrate, solutions based on customer’s requirements
Increase utilization of the “Factory” model created by the SVP
Maintain reporting at all stages of the customization project
Ensure tasks are completed as required and any issues arising are dealt with in a professional manner
Create and manage project plans to help customers implement our software and services (includes activities such as kickoffs, implementation monitoring, data integration, planning/forecasting, SOW’s creation)
Hire, train and manage a Crossover-based team of IT professionals. You will measure your team’s performance using our own software-based tool to improve processes, staffing, and productivity in order to deliver customer success on every project while achieving productivity improvements of 25% QoQ
Continually assess the extent to which each customer is realizing the full potential of their engagement with our software and services, working with them to increase value over time
