In this role, you will engage with key decision-makers and create a vision for Skyvera’s products to meet their business needs. You will work across multiple telecommunications providers (CLEC, ILEC, Cable, Wireless) in a specific geography. Your focus is to communicate clearly and build relationships, while sharing the value of our services and software model. Customers have already purchased the subscription; you are influencing business leaders and redefining their path to success using Skyvera’s software library (Cloud Club).

What you will be doing
  • Hosting meetings with key customer stakeholders to understand their needs
  • Demonstrating how Skyvera’s products meet the customer’s needs
  • Encouraging customer adoption of additional products and services within the Skyvera portfolio
What you will NOT be doing
  • Hosting sales calls where quotas lead the conversation; instead, you’ll focus on finding value for your customers
  • Handling every customer ask or escalation in pursuit of customer satisfaction 
  • Having check-in meetings with customers just to “touch base”
Key Responsibilities
  • Define and drive account strategy, leading to the adoption of additional portfolio products and services
Candidate Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in an account management, customer success, or client partnership role in the software industry
  • 3+ years of experience in the telecommunications industry
