NOTE: Interview invitees are expected to conduct thorough research into GFI's products and business model beforehand.

What you will be doing

  • Spearhead partner recruitment and onboarding using AI-driven strategies to identify, evaluate, and integrate partners that align with GFI's vision and market objectives.
  • Revolutionize partner training and development by leveraging generative AI to create personalized, adaptive learning experiences that enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Implement AI-powered performance monitoring systems to continuously assess partner effectiveness, using predictive analytics to identify growth opportunities and optimize channel strategies.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Engaging in direct sales to end-users—your focus is on empowering our partners to excel.
  • Prioritizing quantity over quality in partner interactions—we value strategic, impactful engagements.
  • Worrying about unpredictable earnings or relentless travel demands—we offer stability and work-life balance.

Key responsibilities

Drive sustained revenue growth by efficiently managing and optimizing a network of distributors, resellers, and MSPs using cutting-edge GenerativeAI tools, transforming channel management practices and setting new industry benchmarks.

Candidate requirements

  • Demonstrated advanced proficiency in generative AI, including experience with multiple AI tools, workflow automation, and custom GPT development. Note: Basic LLM usage for research or content generation is insufficient.
  • Minimum 1 year of indirect channel sales experience specifically in the software industry. Direct sales experience will not be considered.
