What you will be doing

  • Become a master of AI-powered partner recruitment, identifying and onboarding game-changing distributors, resellers, and MSPs that align perfectly with GFI's vision.
  • Transform partner training into an immersive, AI-enhanced experience that equips our allies with cutting-edge product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Harness the power of data and AI to monitor partner performance, turning raw metrics into actionable insights that drive continuous improvement.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Chasing after end-user customers—your focus is on empowering our partners to excel.
  • Sacrificing quality for quantity in your partner interactions—we value deep, meaningful engagements.
  • Worrying about unpredictable income or constant travel—we believe in stability and work-life balance.

Key responsibilities

  • Leverage generative AI tools to orchestrate sustainable revenue growth through expert management and optimization of our partner network, including distributors, resellers, and MSPs.

Candidate requirements

  • Demonstrated mastery of generative AI, including proficiency with multiple AI tools, automation of workflows, and creation of custom GPTs. (Note: Basic LLM usage for research or content creation is not sufficient.)
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in indirect channel sales within the software industry. (Direct sales experience does not qualify.)
