What you will be doing

  • Capitalize on AI-identified opportunities to expand customer relationships and maximize portfolio value

What you will NOT be doing

  • Chasing new logos or handling sales prospecting
  • Managing day-to-day technical support issues
  • Writing code or developing product features

Key responsibilities

  • Drive portfolio success by masterfully combining AI intelligence with strategic insight to boost customer retention, maximize engagement, and catalyze business growth through targeted expansion opportunities

Candidate requirements

  • Proven track record of 5+ years driving customer success in B2B SaaS environments
  • Hands-on experience with modern AI tools and platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Bard, etc.)
