What you will be doing

  • Harness cutting-edge AI technology to craft and execute precision-targeted success strategies that maximize customer value and growth potential
  • Orchestrate high-impact conversations with C-suite executives, translating AI-driven insights into strategic roadmaps that align with their business imperatives
  • Leverage predictive analytics to identify and capitalize on revenue expansion opportunities, driving portfolio growth through data-backed decision making

What you will NOT be doing

  • Pursuing new customer acquisition or sales prospecting
  • Managing day-to-day technical support issues
  • Engaging in product development activities

Key responsibilities

  • Drive portfolio success by orchestrating AI-powered customer engagement strategies that optimize retention, maximize adoption, and unlock new revenue streams through strategic upsell opportunities

Candidate requirements

  • Proven track record of 5+ years in B2B software customer success, demonstrating progressive impact and strategic thinking
  • Hands-on experience with generative AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Bard, showcasing ability to leverage AI tools effectively
