Key responsibilities
Your core mission is to design and implement sophisticated AI automation systems that operate autonomously, creating scalable solutions that transform business operations without requiring human intervention.
Candidate requirements
- Demonstrated commitment to an AI-first development approach (Note: If you see AI as a supplement rather than the primary driver of development, this role isn't for you)
- 5+ years of professional experience in the tech industry
- Strong command of Python programming and AWS infrastructure
- Hands-on experience with modern GenAI code assistants (Github Copilot, Cursor.sh, v0.dev)
- Proven track record of implementing Generative AI solutions with measurable business impact
- Extensive experience working with various LLM APIs (GPT, Claude, Mistral) to create practical business solutions
