Description

Imagine this: students complete an entire day's worth of academics in two highly focused hours, then spend their afternoons launching podcasts, painting murals, or refining their back-handsprings. This is the 2-Hour Learning model that drives Alpha Anywhere—and you will be the strategist maintaining its momentum while engineering its next evolution.

From any location with reliable Wi-Fi, you will convert massive volumes of AI-generated performance data into precise, timely interventions that propel each learner toward 90% mastery and beyond. When a learner encounters an obstacle, you will conduct a live coaching session, eliminate the barrier in real time, and restore their momentum with renewed confidence. At the same time, you will analyze rich student performance datasets, identifying hidden patterns that unlock each child's full potential and designing next-generation AI solutions capable of doubling learning velocity.

What you will be doing

  • Creating highly accurate Academic Data Reports and performing systematic analysis to identify issues, detect anomalies, and initiate corrective action within 48 hours
  • Conducting rapid-response intervention calls and facilitating post-assessment coaching sessions to eliminate blockers, distinguish knowledge gaps from simple errors, and sustain student motivation
  • Assessing and integrating new educational applications and content while prototyping AI/LLM solutions to advance learning methodologies and address specific challenges
  • Collaborating with leadership to optimize tools, dashboards, and mastery benchmarks as the AI tutor continues to develop

What you will NOT be doing

  • Attending endless meetings or producing generic presentations with no visibility into tangible results
  • Grading assignments, creating lesson plans, or administering traditional educational programs—AI and innovation are the foundation of our approach
  • Working solely at the strategic level without execution or becoming mired in repetitive tasks—this position demands hands-on engagement and adaptability

Key responsibilities

Accelerate student learning outcomes through AI-powered analysis and real-time academic intelligence, evidenced by improved metrics including 2× learning velocity, application engagement, lesson comprehension, response accuracy, and diminished negative learning behaviors throughout the Alpha Anywhere network.

Candidate requirements

  • Proven experience in data science or a related discipline, education, EdTech, or a student-support capacity combining analytical and interpersonal dimensions
  • Competence in Google Sheets data analysis (lookups, pivot tables, filtering)
  • Strong emotional intelligence, excellent communication abilities, and a coaching approach suited to working with children
  • Experience designing workflows and automations utilizing AI

Nice to have

  • Foundation in learning science, educational theory, or proven success enhancing outcomes via data-driven methods
  • Familiarity with Generative AI, prompting strategies, and foundational coding skills (Python, JavaScript, etc.) for interfacing with AI APIs
