What you will be doing

  • Conducting systematic analysis of student learning data, uncovering learning gaps and low engagement levels to drive improvements in our educational tools and content.
  • Evaluating and implementing new educational apps, lesson plans, and tests based on data-driven insights to enhance academic outcomes for specific subjects and grades.
  • Leveraging AI tools and methodologies to develop and refine a personalized knowledge base, innovating and improving educational strategies and outcomes in specific subjects.
  • Designing prototypes for AI/LLM-based solutions targeting specific learning challenges, then testing and refining these solutions based on feedback and efficacy.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Handling administrative tasks or traditional educational program management—this role is about innovation, not maintaining the status quo.
  • Taking on high-level strategic roles without hands-on analysis, design, and implementation work.
  • Engaging in predictable, routine tasks—this role embraces dynamic challenges and continuous learning opportunities.

Key responsibilities

Drive improved student learning outcomes through AI-driven analysis, demonstrated by enhanced metrics like app engagement, lesson comprehension, response accuracy, and reduced negative learning patterns.

Candidate requirements

  • A university degree in any field (Education, Psychology, or related fields are a bonus)
  • 3+ years of experience in an EdTech, corporate learning & development, or academic role, with responsibilities such as curriculum development, educational data analysis, digital tool integration, or developing corporate training solutions
  • Experience with Generative AI (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Copilot), including basic prompting techniques and understanding of AI's potential and limitations
  • Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or another OOP language to write simple orchestrations for querying LLMs via their APIs in Google Colab, Jupyter Notebook, or a similar environment

Nice to have

  • Strong background in learning science and educational principles
  • Experience in applying AI/tech to solve educational problems
  • Demonstrated success in improving learning outcomes through data-driven strategies
