What you will be doing

What you will NOT be doing
- Managing traditional English curriculums or dealing with administrative duties—this position is focused on innovation and strategic enhancements in language arts education within our accelerated framework.

- Concentrating solely on theory—every AI model you develop will have a direct impact on how students comprehend and apply language skills in the real world, all within the 2 Hour Learning structure.
Key responsibilities
Lead initiatives to achieve measurable improvements in student English and Language Arts outcomes through AI-driven analysis and strategies, achieving a 2x increase in skill mastery across domains like reading, writing, grammar, and literature analysis, all within the innovative 2 Hour Learning model.
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Literature, Linguistics, or a related discipline
- 3+ years of experience in teaching English/Language Arts or developing ELA curriculum, with proven impact on learning outcomes
- Basic programming skills in any language
- Experience in designing, implementing, or utilizing AI for content generation, data analysis, or adaptive learning
- Ability to analyze complex data and extract actionable insights
- Strong communication skills, capable of explaining complex English/Language Arts concepts to a variety of stakeholders professionally
