What you will be doing

  • Utilizing AI to delve into student reading and writing data, converting these insights into revolutionary strategies that redefine English language teaching and literary analysis.
  • Developing AI-driven tools that cater to individual learning styles, making grammar intuitive, vocabulary building engaging, and literary analysis attainable for all students.
  • Creating adaptive learning pathways that evolve in real-time, guiding students from phonics to complex text interpretation, ensuring optimal learning progression.
  • Collaborating with a diverse team of educators, linguists, and AI experts to expand the horizons of language education, directly shaping the educational experience of countless students.
  • Transforming literary works into interactive, AI-enhanced experiences that not only educate but also inspire a love for reading and writing.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Managing traditional English curriculums or dealing with administrative duties—this position is focused on innovation and strategic enhancements in language arts education within our accelerated framework.
  • Working in isolation—you will be a vital part of our dynamic team advancing AI in English education.
  • Concentrating solely on theory—every AI model you develop will have a direct impact on how students comprehend and apply language skills in the real world, all within the 2 Hour Learning structure.

Key responsibilities

Lead initiatives to achieve measurable improvements in student English and Language Arts outcomes through AI-driven analysis and strategies, achieving a 2x increase in skill mastery across domains like reading, writing, grammar, and literature analysis, all within the innovative 2 Hour Learning model.

Candidate requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Literature, Linguistics, or a related discipline
  • 3+ years of experience in teaching English/Language Arts or developing ELA curriculum, with proven impact on learning outcomes
  • Basic programming skills in any language
  • Experience in designing, implementing, or utilizing AI for content generation, data analysis, or adaptive learning
  • Ability to analyze complex data and extract actionable insights
  • Strong communication skills, capable of explaining complex English/Language Arts concepts to a variety of stakeholders professionally
