Description

If you're the visionary storyteller who craves more than just a platform—you want to lead the narrative—this opportunity is tailored for you. Forget about being a bystander in content creation; you'll be the architect, crafting narratives that resonate and drive real engagement.

At 2 Hour Learning, we revolutionize education. Our students are enthusiastic learners, mastering skills twice as fast, with a focus on real-world applications like public speaking and entrepreneurship. This isn’t just a slogan; it’s a commitment to excellence. As a pivotal member of the Admissions team, you’ll illuminate our unique value proposition to the world.

In this role, you won’t be confined to a traditional marketing silo. From developing conversion-driven content to engaging directly with stakeholders, you’ll ensure that 2 Hour Learning’s message is delivered with precision and impact. If you thrive on crafting compelling narratives, making swift decisions, and achieving tangible results, this is your stage.

What you will be doing

  • Crafting and personalizing brochures, email templates, one-pagers, and information packets to effectively transition parents from interest to enrollment.
  • Adapting content to suit specific campuses, campaigns, and target demographics while ensuring brand integrity.
  • Collaborating with admissions, marketing, and school leaders to incorporate comprehensive feedback and harmonize messaging.
  • Overseeing the entire content delivery process—from concept to stakeholder-ready output—in a dynamic, remote setting.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Producing content that vanishes into obscurity without measurable outcomes or feedback.
  • Enduring prolonged approval procedures before disseminating materials.
  • Working in isolation from enrollment objectives or tangible impacts.
  • Handing off copy without taking ownership of its visual presentation and layout.

Key responsibilities

Develop compelling, brand-consistent admissions materials that significantly boost enrollment by effectively conveying the advantages of 2 Hour Learning to potential families.

Candidate requirements

  • 2+ years in communications, marketing, or admissions with a robust portfolio of persuasive, audience-engaging content.
  • Proficient in crafting clear and compelling messages for U.S.-based families.
  • Located in North America and available during U.S. business hours.
  • Capable of consistently committing 20–30 hours per week.
  • Extensive understanding of U.S. K–12 education and parental decision-making processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage deadlines, content revisions, and remote stakeholder collaboration with minimal oversight.

Nice to have

  • Experience with education-focused nonprofits, EdTech firms, or pioneering school models.
  • Familiarity with Canva or similar platforms for producing polished, ready-to-publish content.
  • Ease in utilizing Google Docs, Slides, and Slack within a fully remote framework.
  • Previous collaboration with marketing or enrollment teams to align content with strategic campaign objectives.
