What you will be doing
- Architect and implement world-class training programs that transform our Guides into exceptional learning facilitators
- Design and iterate on comprehensive Guide Playbooks that set the standard for educational excellence
- Deliver high-impact, data-driven feedback that accelerates Guide performance and student achievement
- Lead by example through direct student mentorship, showcasing advanced coaching techniques and motivation strategies
What you will NOT be doing
- Creating traditional lesson plans – our technology handles the content, you focus on developing exceptional facilitators
- Compromising on excellence – we maintain rigorous standards and expect 100% mastery
- Running conventional training sessions – your development approach will be dynamic, innovative, and results-driven
Key responsibilities
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree (any field)
- 5+ years of proven experience in education, L&D, coaching, or related field
- Track record of developing and implementing innovative educational programs
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams
- Substantial experience working with youth (ages 5-18)
- Strong data analysis skills with metrics-driven decision making
- Must work on-site in Austin, TX, or Plano, TX
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
