What you will be doing

  • Lead and develop a team of Guides to execute the Alpha learning system with unparalleled excellence.
  • Craft Guide Playbooks that outline best practices for facilitation, design engaging learning activities, and navigate challenges effectively.
  • Provide consistent, actionable feedback to Guides to enhance student engagement and achievement.
  • Mentor a select group of students, demonstrating expert coaching and motivational strategies.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Creating traditional lesson plans – your focus will be on empowering Guides to facilitate adaptive learning experiences.
  • Compromising on high standards – maintaining a 100% passing grade is a key responsibility.
  • Conducting mundane training sessions – you'll deliver impactful, energetic hands-on development for Guides.

Key responsibilities

Ensure the successful implementation of the Alpha system by training and developing a team of Guides to achieve world-class excellence in education.

Candidate requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training initiatives.
  • Exceptional leadership and mentorship skills with the ability to build, manage, and motivate high-performing teams.
  • Experience working with youth (ages 5-18) in an educational or developmental capacity.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis and using metrics to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Tampa or West Palm Beach, FL.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
