What you will be doing

<li>Architect and execute world-class training programs that transform our Guides into exceptional learning facilitators</li>
<li>Design and implement comprehensive Guide Playbooks that set the gold standard for student engagement and achievement</li>
<li>Deliver high-impact, data-driven coaching that consistently elevates Guide performance and student outcomes</li>
<li>Lead by example through hands-on mentoring of student cohorts, showcasing advanced coaching techniques and motivation strategies</li>

What you will NOT be doing

<li>Creating traditional curriculum – our innovative system handles that; you'll focus on developing exceptional facilitators</li>
<li>Compromising on excellence – we maintain rigorous standards, and you'll ensure they're consistently met</li>
<li>Running conventional training sessions – your development approach will be dynamic, interactive, and transformative</li>

Key responsibilities
Drive the successful implementation of Alpha's learning system by developing and leading a team of world-class Guides who consistently deliver exceptional student outcomes and maintain our high standards of excellence.
Candidate requirements
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree (field open)</li>
<li>5+ years of proven experience in education, L&D, or coaching</li>
<li>Track record of developing innovative educational programs and training initiatives</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams</li>
<li>Substantial experience working with youth (ages 5-18)</li>
<li>Strong data analysis skills with metrics-driven decision making</li>
<li>Must be available to work on-site in Tampa or West Palm Beach, FL</li>
<li>Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship</li>
