Candidate requirements
- 🎯 Demonstrated track record of successful problem-solving and operational management
- 💻 Basic tech-savviness or enthusiasm to learn IT systems
- 👥 Previous experience in customer service or client-facing roles

- 🌐 Fluency in both Spanish and English
