What you will be doing

  • Taking charge of daily campus operations, from ensuring fire safety to onboarding staff and maintaining a smooth learning environment.
  • Addressing tech challenges directly: troubleshooting issues, managing device transitions, and being the go-to person for tech needs.
  • Crafting professional, polished spaces for events and ensuring they run flawlessly.
  • Building trust with students, parents, and staff through clear communication and exceptional service.
  • Maintaining campus safety with effective protocols, drills, and security measures.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Teaching or developing curriculum—your focus is on operational excellence, not academics.
  • Following rigid processes or waiting for others to act—this role is about proactive ownership.
  • Working in isolation—success here is based on collaboration and community engagement.
  • Performing monotonous or repetitive tasks—this role offers variety and meaningful challenges.

Key responsibilities

Ensure seamless campus operations while building trust and delivering exceptional service to students, staff, and parents.

Candidate requirements

  • Proven ability to resolve issues and manage operational logistics with confidence
  • Familiarity with IT systems or technical support or a willingness to learn
  • Experience in customer-facing roles
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in spoken Spanish and English
  • A strong sense of ownership and an eagerness to take initiative
  • Legal right to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
  • Willingness to work on-site in Miami, FL
