This is a role for the technical AI implementer, not the theoretical strategist. You'll build automated systems, connect APIs, and create intelligent frameworks that transform how we operate and scale. Working directly with our founder, you'll drive mission-critical decisions that determine our trajectory in the educational landscape.

What you will be doing

  • Architecting AI-Powered Operational Systems: Design and implement intelligent frameworks that optimize efficiency while maintaining our exceptional educational outcomes at scale.
  • Delivering Strategic Intelligence: Deploy AI tools that provide real-time insights to leadership, identifying growth opportunities and operational risks before they materialize.
  • Orchestrating Cross-Functional Integration: Manage complex operational portfolios ensuring seamless AI integration across all business functions.
  • Executing Technical AI Implementation: Connect systems, write API calls, and automate complex processes with your own hands—no delegating the technical work.
  • Engineering Quality Assurance: Develop AI-enabled monitoring systems that maintain consistent delivery of our academic model across multiple locations.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Managing Campus-Level Operations: Your focus remains on strategic scaling and automation, not day-to-day facility management.
  • Developing Educational Content: This role centers on operational excellence, not curriculum design or educator supervision.
  • Proposing AI Theory Without Execution: We require technical implementation skills—not just strategic concepts or theoretical frameworks.
  • Maintaining Established Systems: This is a transformation role that demands continuous innovation, not system maintenance.

Key responsibilities

Design and implement AI-powered operational frameworks and automated systems that enable scalable growth and consistent delivery of 2 Hour Learning's academic model while providing actionable, data-driven strategic insights to the founder.

Candidate requirements

  • 10+ years of operational leadership experience scaling multi-location businesses (education or high-end retail, hospitality, or healthcare).
  • Prior experience at a top-tier management consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG).
  • Demonstrated proficiency in technical AI implementation; must pass our rigorous assessment automating business processes using AI.
  • Proven experience converting operational processes into AI-driven systems with technical implementation skills (coding, API integrations, automation).
  • Track record managing large-scale, cross-functional operational portfolios that drive strategic transformation and deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives, translating complex operational data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Based in the United States with willingness to travel 30% of the time to campus locations.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
