What you will be doing

Candidate requirements

<p>We're building a powerhouse team across multiple operational verticals. Success in this role demands velocity, decisiveness, and structured execution.</p> <ul> <li>Battle-tested experience: 7-10 years total, with 3-5 years at MBB (McKinsey, Bain, BCG)</li> <li>Leadership prowess: Demonstrated success steering cross-functional operations in high-pressure environments</li> <li>Domain expertise: Outstanding track record in regulatory navigation, physical site build-outs, onboarding systems, or large-scale financial operations</li> <li>Execution excellence: Self-driven ability to transform strategies into action</li> <li>Logistics: U.S. work authorization and availability for ~25% travel</li> <li>Tech-savvy: Proficiency with AI tools for operational optimization</li> </ul>
