What you will be doing

  • Champion our diverse educational product portfolio, driving growth and innovation
  • Craft exceptional customer experiences across the entire user journey
  • Develop and execute consumer-focused adoption strategies using digital channels and influencer partnerships
  • Lead data-driven marketing and sales initiatives with cutting-edge AI tools
  • Become our brand ambassador, building credibility within the education community
  • Guide the evolution of our AI-powered learning solutions
  • Build and inspire a high-performing team in our dynamic startup environment

What you will NOT be doing

  • Focusing on institutional sales to schools or districts
  • Implementing conventional, outdated sales approaches
  • Creating products in isolation from our user community
  • Getting bogged down in bureaucratic processes

Key responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth to exceed $10M annually across our consumer education portfolio
  • Cultivate a robust social media presence as an education thought leader
  • Leverage AI tools to enhance customer engagement and marketing effectiveness
  • Execute and scale successful direct-to-consumer education initiatives

Candidate requirements

  • Demonstrated success in direct-to-consumer education sales
  • Proven ability to scale education products to $10M+ revenue
  • Strong command of digital marketing and AI-powered analytics
  • Deep understanding of education consumer markets
  • Experience leading high-performance teams
  • US-based with willingness to travel
  • Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
