We’re transforming creative production by blending human ingenuity with AI's fast-paced capabilities to build expansive brand systems that retain their essence. If you’re eager to be at the forefront of this creative evolution, you’ve found your calling.

This role is far from conventional graphic design, where you might spend days perfecting a brochure's spacing. Here, you'll engage deeply with tools like Midjourney and Adobe Firefly, crafting concepts, refining visuals, and evolving our brand into a dynamic, AI-enhanced force. If AI is central to your design vision, you'll excel here. But if you prefer traditional agency workflows, this might not be the fit for you.

You’ll collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams, acting as a catalyst for audience engagement, brand consistency, and campaign triumphs. Your creations will be visible, assessed, refined, and scaled swiftly. If you’re ready to merge bold creativity with technical prowess and redefine modern design execution, we want to hear from you.

What you will be doing

  • Create top-notch, brand-aligned visual content across various channels using a blend of traditional design tools and Generative AI to boost storytelling and interaction.
  • Develop and maintain a scalable brand system by incorporating AI-driven templates, refreshing assets based on input, and keeping up with design innovations.
  • Optimize design workflows with AI and automation to increase productivity, remove obstacles, and facilitate rapid, intelligent content creation.

Candidate requirements

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Experience with AI-driven design tools like Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, and Canva AI
  • Proven track record in delivering top-quality design outputs across various platforms, including digital, social media, and print
