Description

If you’re a UI/UX designer who’s tired of slow, conventional processes and wants to move at the speed of AI, keep reading. We’re not looking for another pixel pusher or someone who needs two weeks to wireframe a login page. We’re looking for a next-gen designer who knows how to weaponize AI, using it to accelerate research, prototype faster than devs can code, and evolve designs based on real user behavior.

Most companies still treat UI/UX like it’s 2015. Slow research, endless iterations, and bloated approval chains kill creativity. We’re doing it differently. We design experiences the way today’s best products are built: fast, user-obsessed, and powered by AI. Every wireframe, flow, and screen you create will be informed by real data, rapid experimentation, and a deep understanding of what moves users to act. You'll be using tools like Uizard, Galileo AI, and next-gen Figma plugins as an extension of your brain.

This role is not about cranking out pretty screens. It’s about building experiences that are deeply user-centric, backed by research and behavioral data, and iterated relentlessly until they drive satisfaction, engagement, and conversion. You’ll own the full cycle: AI-accelerated wireframing, deep user insight generation, polished UI execution, and ongoing optimization through A/B testing and analytics. If you’re looking for a cozy traditional design role where you can hide behind vague personas and “gut feelings,” this isn’t for you.

You’ll be part of a team that believes great design doesn’t happen in a vacuum. We move fast, stay tightly aligned with product and engineering, and prioritize real impact over endless debate. If you’re the kind of designer who can think strategically, move quickly, and push boundaries with AI as your co-pilot, we want you building the future with us.

What you will be doing

  • Design and prototype user-centric interfaces by translating user needs into high-fidelity wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and polished, responsive UIs
  • Uncover actionable user insights by conducting research, analyzing behavioral data, and running usability tests
  • Optimize live user experiences through A/B testing, analytics review, and AI-driven iterative improvements focused on satisfaction, engagement, and conversion

What you will NOT be doing

  • Spending endless hours on design approvals and feedback loops
  • Relying solely on static personas and assumptions without real user data
  • Working in isolation without collaboration from cross-functional teams

Key responsibilities

Ensure every digital customer interaction is thoughtfully designed to maximize satisfaction, engagement, and conversion.

Candidate requirements

  • Proven track record designing and optimizing user interfaces and user experiences for web and/or mobile platforms
  • Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and AI-powered platforms such as Uizard, Galileo AI, or Figma plugins
  • Experience using analytics and experimentation tools (e.g., Hotjar, Google Analytics, A/B testing platforms) to inform iterative design
