What you will be doing

  • Craft clear and actionable functional specifications that align with business objectives, user needs, and technical feasibility
  • Lead user research and data-driven decision-making by integrating qualitative research, quantitative analytics, and educational outcomes data to inform product strategy and drive continuous improvement
  • Establish a definitive product vision and strategy that aligns with business goals, defines measurable product objectives, and prioritizes features based on impact

What you will NOT be doing

  • Acting as a project or program manager
  • Focusing on minor improvements or refining existing technology
  • Relying on gut feelings, opinions, or personal experience for key decisions
  • Using AI in simplistic ways, such as a writing coach or search engine

Key responsibilities

  • Enhance student outcomes by developing innovative EdTech products that double learning speed and optimize 2-hour daily study efficiency

Candidate requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years in a product management role with a focus on defining functional requirements and achieving business outcomes
  • Experience with AI tools to automate workflows and streamline decision-making
