What you will be doing

  • Craft actionable, concise functional specifications that precisely align business goals with user needs and technical feasibility
  • Drive evidence-based product decisions by synthesizing qualitative research, quantitative analytics, and educational outcomes data to shape strategy and enable continuous improvement
  • Develop and execute a visionary product roadmap that defines measurable goals and prioritizes high-impact features that accelerate learning outcomes

What you will NOT be doing

  • Managing projects or programs without strategic product ownership
  • Focusing on incremental improvements to existing educational technology
  • Making critical decisions based on gut instincts, opinions, or personal experience rather than data
  • Implementing AI as a peripheral feature or in simplistic applications

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver transformative educational outcomes through innovative EdTech products that consistently achieve 2x learning acceleration and 2-hour daily study efficiency

Candidate requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of product management experience with demonstrated success defining functional requirements that drive measurable business outcomes
  • Proven track record implementing AI tools to automate workflows and enhance decision-making processes
