We seek product visionaries who can translate learning science into measurable student outcomes through AI-powered personalization. This isn't about managing a product roadmap; it's about driving weekly, data-validated improvements that demonstrably enhance how students learn.

While traditional education remains trapped in a one-size-fits-all paradigm, we're creating a fundamentally new model. By combining decades of learning science with AI coaching capabilities, we deliver personalized instruction that adapts to individual students—whether they're catching up after learning loss or pushing beyond AP-level achievements.

You'll work directly with our founding team and a select group of engineers, educators, and AI specialists focused on one mission: measurably improving student outcomes. Every week brings a new challenge, a new insight, and new evidence that your work is making education more effective, accessible, and impactful.

What you will be doing

  • Develop Brain Lifts — Create structured, evolving frameworks of expert insights that enhance AI capabilities, guide strategic decisions, and demonstrate domain mastery.
  • Drive Weekly Product Iterations — Ship targeted, data-validated product enhancements that systematically advance measurable student outcomes.
  • Build Authoritative Domain Expertise — Cultivate deep, structured understanding of learning science and educational contexts to elevate decision quality, refine product outputs, and establish thought leadership.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Managing traditional product roadmaps or dictating build specifications to engineering teams
  • Overseeing month-long development cycles—our success depends on weekly feature deployment and validation
  • Creating exhaustive PRDs, maintaining backlogs, or specifying every UI element and edge case
  • Defining technical architecture or building software solutions—we have engineers for implementation

Key responsibilities

Drive measurable improvements in student learning outcomes through rapid, data-validated AI product iterations that transform educational effectiveness at scale.

Candidate requirements

  • Minimum 4 years in product leadership with direct ownership of product vision and problem-solution hypotheses
  • Proven track record launching at least one successful product (not features/modules) to external users from inception to market
  • Demonstrated proficiency integrating AI tools into your professional workflow (research, analysis, strategy development)
