Instead, you will be at the forefront of identifying and solving systemic hiring issues, driving real change with actionable insights. Collaborating with a team dedicated to innovative system design, you'll delve into candidate pipelines, uncovering hidden patterns and crafting recommendations that lead to genuine improvements. If you thrive on solving complex puzzles and are eager to overhaul an outdated system, we want you on board.

What you will be doing

  • Conduct thorough analyses of hiring pipelines to assess their effectiveness and pinpoint any sourcing or filtering issues.
  • Engage in in-depth investigations of pipeline breakdowns using data analytics and specialized knowledge to implement effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their business needs and communicate the capabilities and limitations of our recruitment approach.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Reviewing or evaluating candidate resumes or actively sourcing talent
  • Writing job descriptions or recruitment specifications manually (we leverage AI for this)
  • Performing internal HR duties

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and sustain scalable hiring pipelines that consistently yield top-tier hires.

Candidate requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a versatile business role.
  • Hands-on experience using GenAI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Perplexity to enhance productivity.
