This is not a passive role. You'll actively manage a renewals pipeline, identify economic decision-makers, tackle objections, and drive precise contract renewals. You won't be managing a team or bogged down in endless meetings. Instead, you'll be at the forefront, negotiating valuable renewals and ensuring long-term client retention.

What you will be doing

  • Facilitate meaningful discussions with key clients, aligning on value propositions, addressing objections, and securing renewals
  • Develop and continuously refine B2B renewals playbooks and AI-driven sales strategies to maximize retention and revenue

What you will NOT be doing

  • Searching for new leads or engaging in new logo sales
  • Processing high volumes of low-value renewals

Key responsibilities

  • Complete ownership of the renewals process for high-value enterprise clients, acting as the main point of contact to retain revenue and reduce churn

Candidate requirements

  • Residency in North or South America is required
  • Minimum of 5 years in account management, renewal sales, or customer success roles focused on B2B software products and revenue retention
  • Proven track record of managing revenue for accounts with an ARR of $1 million or more
  • Embrace an AI-first mindset, utilizing AI to optimize work and transform business processes
  • Competency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
