What you will be doing

  • Tackle Salesforce admin support tickets with creative problem-solving skills, offering alternative solutions when necessary
  • Serve as the guardian of our sales tech stack, ensuring seamless operations and proactively addressing potential issues before they affect business
  • Execute a methodical implementation process by testing and validating all system changes in development environments prior to production deployment

Key responsibilities

  • Engineer and maintain a sophisticated Salesforce ecosystem that empowers our renewals and business unit teams through intelligent automation, insightful reporting capabilities, and streamlined processes that minimize manual workloads

Candidate requirements

  • Proven track record with minimum 2 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience
  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification in your toolkit (or equivalent depth of practical knowledge)
  • Functional understanding of Apex programming to support customization needs
