In this fully remote capacity, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing and expanding the sales, customer success, and finance infrastructure utilized by hundreds of users across various business units, supporting over 100 enterprise software products. Our platforms integrate Salesforce, NetSuite, AWS, OpenAI, and Anthropic, employing advanced business automation strategies and tools to drive sales, customer success, and even recruiting.

As a crucial part of our digital evolution strategy, you'll actively contribute to our ambitious goal of becoming an AI-first, software-driven organization, building and supporting scalable efforts that drive innovation at every level.

What you will be doing

  • Complete or recommend alternatives for Salesforce admin-related support tickets
  • Ensure uptime and proactively address any operational issues in the sales tech stack
  • Implement and validate fixes in a lower environment before deploying to production

What you will NOT be doing

  • Routine data entry and manual updates that can be automated
  • Traditional help desk support for basic user issues
  • Legacy system maintenance without AI integration opportunities

Key responsibilities

Maintain a robust Salesforce system that enables the renewals and BU team to operate efficiently through consistent automation, accurate reporting, and minimal manual intervention

Candidate requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a Salesforce administration role
  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification or equivalent knowledge
  • Working knowledge of Apex
