Your role is to master the critical 20%. Fine-tune the system, train it, and step in when human judgment is essential. This is not a mere compliance analyst position with a fancy title. You're not just chasing signatures or formatting policies. You're tasked with safeguarding the integrity of an autonomous compliance engine, identifying areas where AI needs support, validating outputs against auditor standards, and intervening when customer trust is at stake. Your edits, rules, and fine-tuning will drive system enhancement.
In this capacity, you'll collaborate closely with our AI engineering team, compliance strategists, and product ops leaders, positioned at the crossroads of security expertise and generative AI innovation. What you will be doing
- Assemble comprehensive certification audit packages, ensuring PCI DSS, ISO 27001, and SOC 2 compliance through validated evidence and documentation.
- Craft tailored responses to intricate security inquiries, questionnaires, or assurance requests from customers.
- Revise governance documents such as policies, procedures, or risk treatment plans in response to regulatory or organizational changes.
- Develop AI System Tuning Memos to adjust AI behavior, such as training data, guardrails, or escalation logic, enhancing performance and compliance accuracy.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain enterprise-level compliance assurance through AI-enhanced certification management and fostering customer trust.
Candidate requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing or leading certification audits, including SOC 2, ISO 27001, or PCI DSS.
- Proven expertise in evaluating and addressing complex customer security questionnaires.
- Proficiency with GenAI tools for reviewing, generating, and editing compliance documentation.
