What you will be doing
- Develop and validate comprehensive certification audit packages that maintain our PCI DSS, ISO 27001, and SOC 2 certifications
- Craft precise, tailored responses to complex security inquiries, questionnaires, and assurance requests from enterprise clients
- Implement strategic updates to governance documentation triggered by regulatory shifts or organizational changes
- Create and execute AI system tuning protocols to enhance performance metrics and compliance accuracy
Key responsibilities
- Drive enterprise-grade compliance assurance through innovative AI-augmented certification management while building and maintaining customer trust
Candidate requirements
- 3+ years of proven experience managing or leading certification audits, specifically SOC 2, ISO 27001, or PCI DSS
- Established track record of analyzing and responding to sophisticated customer security questionnaires with precision
- Demonstrated proficiency leveraging generative AI tools to review, create, and refine compliance documentation and artifacts
