In this position, you'll transform existing B2B products by reimagining them as cloud-native applications and optimizing them with AI at every level. You'll develop and deploy AI-powered features, utilize cutting-edge retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) for automated defect detection, and ensure every release is seamless—no outages, no disruptions, no excuses. What you will be doing

  • Utilizing analysis tools and RAG vector stores to discover, diagnose, and rectify product defects and bugs.
  • Harnessing AI development agents to conceptualize, create, and deploy cutting-edge features for cloud-native applications.
  • Working alongside a global team to deliver top-tier, enterprise-grade solutions.

  • Routine Monotony: We minimize tedious infrastructure tasks so you can focus on crafting innovative solutions.
  • Endless Meetings: We prioritize your development expertise over meeting room discussions. Expect more coding, less talking.

Key responsibilities

  • Incorporate AI-driven features to refine workflows and arm service providers with innovative tools.

Candidate requirements

  • An AI-First Mindset (if your instinct is to code first and then use AI tools to verify or enhance your code, rather than the other way around, then this role may not be for you)
  • 4+ years of software development experience, with a focus on production code for server-side web applications
  • Professional experience in developing highly reliable B2B software applications
  • Hands-on experience with cloud-native development or serverless architectures, particularly using AWS
  • Professional experience with GenAI code assistants (e.g., Github Copilot, Cursor.sh, v0.dev)
  • Experience in successfully implementing Generative AI solutions with significant quantitative outcomes
