What you will be doing

What you will NOT be doing

  • Wrestling with conventional coding challenges – our AI partnerships handle the heavy lifting, leaving you free to focus on strategic innovation
  • Getting bogged down in monotonous tasks – each day brings fresh challenges and opportunities for creative problem-solving

Key responsibilities

Your core mission will be to design and implement sophisticated AI automation systems that operate autonomously, creating scalable solutions that transform business processes without requiring constant human oversight.

Candidate requirements

  • A proven AI-first approach to problem-solving – you should instinctively think "How can AI solve this?" before considering traditional coding solutions
  • A track record of 5+ years in professional environments
  • Strong command of Python and AWS ecosystems
  • Hands-on experience with modern AI coding assistants (Github Copilot, Cursor.sh, v0.dev)
  • Demonstrated success in implementing GenAI solutions with measurable business impact
  • Practical experience integrating various LLM APIs (GPT, Claude, Mistral) into business solutions
