What you will be doing
- Architect and deploy sophisticated AI automations that transform business processes into streamlined, high-efficiency systems
- Pioneer applications of cutting-edge AI technologies including GPT-4 Vision and Amazon CodeWhisperer, determining optimal implementation strategies
- Optimize AI solution deployment across AWS infrastructure, ensuring maximum performance, scalability, and seamless integration
What you will NOT be doing
- Writing conventional code from scratch—our AI-first approach means you'll direct AI systems to generate and refine code
- Executing repetitive implementation tasks—each challenge requires unique, creative problem-solving
Key responsibilities
Candidate requirements
- Demonstrated AI-First Mindset—you instinctively leverage AI tools as your primary approach rather than traditional coding (candidates who code first and use AI as an afterthought should not apply)
- Minimum 5 years of professional work experience
- Advanced proficiency in Python and AWS ecosystems
- Proven expertise with GenAI code assistants including Github Copilot, Cursor.sh, and v0.dev
- Verifiable track record implementing Generative AI solutions with quantifiable business impact
- Extensive experience leveraging multiple LLM platforms (GPT, Claude, Mistral) via their APIs to solve complex business challenges
