What you will be doing

  • Create and launch operational AI prototypes within single-day timeframes that instantly automate critical business processes
  • Take complete ownership of AI solutions across their entire lifecycle – from conceptual design through deployment to performance monitoring – with autonomous decision-making and zero bottlenecks
  • Spearhead ongoing automation expansion throughout the organization by discovering untapped opportunities and enhancing existing solutions to align with evolving business requirements and technological capabilities

Key responsibilities

  • Architect and implement a revolutionary AI-powered ecosystem that transforms conventional marketing operations and community engagement platforms into intelligent, autonomous systems delivering exponential (10x) business value

Candidate requirements

  • Demonstrated AI-First Philosophy (Note: If you prioritize traditional coding approaches and view AI as merely supplementary rather than foundational to your development process, this role is not aligned with your working style)
  • Minimum 5-year track record in software engineering with proven delivery outcomes
  • Verifiable professional experience implementing AI/LLM technologies (through API integration, prompt engineering, or workflow automation) in commercial applications
  • Demonstrated expertise with major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and experience building resilient, scalable distributed systems
