What you will be doing

  • Develop and deploy AI-driven prototypes that revolutionize business processes within 24 hours.
  • Take full ownership of AI solutions from ideation to execution, ensuring seamless integration and performance.
  • Continuously identify automation opportunities and enhance existing solutions to meet evolving business needs.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Engaging in repetitive, manual coding tasks without leveraging AI capabilities.
  • Working in isolation without direct impact on business outcomes.
  • Being confined to strict project specifications without room for innovation.
  • Spending weeks on development cycles without delivering tangible results.

Key responsibilities

Transform manual marketing and community operations into AI-powered engines that deliver exponential business impact.

Candidate requirements

  • AI-First Mindset (if your instinct is to write code first and then use AI tools to verify or enhance your code, rather than the other way around, then please do not apply)
  • At least 5 years of software engineering experience
  • Professional experience integrating AI/LLMs (via APIs, prompt engineering, or automation) into real-world applications
  • Proficiency with cloud infrastructures (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and building scalable, distributed solutions
